Privacy Policy
How bringme.money handles invoices, account information, recipient details, and email activity.
The short version
Your invoices remain yours. Account invoice files are kept in private storage for review and approved follow-up. We use account content to provide the workflow you request and do not sell invoice content or recipient email addresses for money.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Moonveil AI Inc., doing business as bringme.money ("Moonveil," "bringme.money," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through our websites, applications, and invoice follow-up services (the "Service").
The Service is currently intended for people and businesses in the United States. This Policy covers information about bringme.money account holders, visitors to our public website, and invoice recipients whose information is provided to us by a bringme.money user.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information contained in documents and communications you submit, and limited technical information generated when you use the Service.
- Account and profile information, such as your name, business name, email address, authentication details, and preferences.
- Invoice information, such as uploaded PDF files, customer names and email addresses, invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, descriptions, and payment status.
- Workspace content, such as reminder drafts, edits, notes, follow-up schedules, delivery status, replies, promises to pay, and recorded outcomes.
- Communications with us, including support requests, survey responses, and feedback.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, cookie identifiers, and security logs.
- Billing information if we offer paid plans. Payment-card details will be handled by our payment provider rather than stored in full by bringme.money.
3. Information about invoice recipients
A bringme.money user may provide us with information about a customer or invoice recipient. We receive that information from the user, not directly from the recipient, and process it to provide invoice follow-up services on the user’s behalf.
If you receive an email sent through bringme.money, the business identified in that email selected the recipient, supplied the invoice information, and instructed us to send it. You may reply to the business about the invoice or use the available stop mechanism to prevent future automated bringme.money reminders. Stopping reminders does not resolve or cancel an underlying invoice.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to operate the Service and for the purposes described when information is collected.
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
- Receive and extract invoice information, generate drafts, recommend next steps, and organize follow-up activity.
- Send, schedule, deliver, and monitor invoice-related emails when a user instructs us to do so.
- Send account holders service notices, delivery results, reminders, and other operational communications.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and harm to recipients or email deliverability.
- Understand product usage, troubleshoot errors, and improve the reliability and usability of the Service.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. AI and automated processing
We use automated systems to extract invoice fields, prepare drafts, summarize context, and recommend next actions. Google Gemini processes uploaded invoice PDFs for field extraction, while DeepSeek processes structured invoice facts for server-side drafting and recommendations.
AI outputs may be inaccurate. bringme.money users remain responsible for reviewing recipient details, invoice facts, and message content before relying on or sending an output. We do not use invoice content or recipient email addresses to build advertising profiles.
6. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as needed to operate our business, provide the Service, comply with law, or complete a transaction involving Moonveil. Our providers are permitted to process information for the services they provide to us, subject to their contracts and applicable law.
- Clerk for authentication and account management.
- Supabase for database and storage infrastructure.
- Resend and underlying email infrastructure for email delivery and event processing.
- Vercel for application hosting, delivery, security, and site analytics.
- Google Gemini for invoice PDF extraction, and DeepSeek for server-side drafting and recommendations.
- Google for analytics and advertising measurement on our public marketing pages.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
- A buyer, investor, successor, or adviser in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7. Analytics, advertising, and cookies
Our public marketing pages may use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising. Google and other providers may receive online identifiers and browsing activity from those pages. Depending on applicable law, some advertising disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell invoice content or recipient email addresses for money, and we do not use workspace content for advertising. You can limit cookies through browser settings and may contact support@bringme.money to make an applicable privacy request. Product and marketing communications are managed separately.
8. Retention and deletion
Invoice PDFs uploaded in an account are stored in private file storage so you can review the source and, when you approve it, include the document in managed follow-up. Account content is generally retained while the account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete content or close an account, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, subject to backups, security records, legal obligations, disputes, and fraud-prevention needs.
We may retain suppression records, such as an email address that asked to stop automated reminders, so we can honor that request. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, why it was collected, legal requirements, sensitivity, and operational needs.
9. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account information and communication preferences in the Service. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting support@bringme.money. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Account holders can pause scheduled invoice emails. Invoice recipients can ask the identified business questions about the invoice and can stop future automated reminders sent through bringme.money using the method provided in the email.
10. California privacy disclosures
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, subject to its scope and exceptions. These may include rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; receive information about certain disclosures; opt out of certain sales or sharing; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a right.
You may submit a request at support@bringme.money. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may ask for proof of authorization and direct identity verification.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in invoices and messages.
12. Children
bringme.money is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@bringme.money.
13. Processing locations
Moonveil is based in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your state or country.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service and our practices change. We will post the updated Policy, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Moonveil AI Inc. at support@bringme.money or 2018 Sand Hill Rd, Unit A, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States.
